We must receive full, cleared payment for an order before we despatch the goods. We accept payment via paypal, cheque or postal order. You can make a credit or debit card payment via paypal.

Dependent on weight, we will invoice you via Paypal.

SECURITY
We don't store account numbers. DELIVERY OF GOODS We aim for you to receive your order within seven days, this is subject to seasonal variation. We specify the method and address for delivery when you make your order. Risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to you on delivery.

RETURNS
If you receive a damaged parcel or defective goods please contact us to claim a full refund or replacement and a free postage return label. We ask that you return goods within 14 days of receipt of goods

REFUND POLICY
If you receive a damaged parcel or defective good you will receive a full refund or replacement including the cost of postage and packaging, if returned within 28 days of the date of the invoice (including a copy of the original invoice) to:

You may exchange or have a refund on all goods, providing they are sealed and unopened and in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of the original purchase. Please send with a proof of purchase (in the instance where you have no receipt, the company will be happy to offer an exchange) again to the above address. Herbs, homoeopathy, flower remedies and tinctures will not be exchanged or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the unlikely event that you dislike or experience a reaction to one of our products, please call 020 7558 8693.
